Community Involvement Sign Up
There are 3 primary ways for tSBoard members to get involved with program this winter. They are:

1. Sign up to serve as the On-Call Person for a snowboarding day

2. Provide a meal for a Peer Leader Meeting

3. Sponsor dinner for a program night and help cook

Please see the descriptions below and use this form to sign up for a date to help!

On Call Job Description
This person is responsible for providing an extra car in case of emergency on a given snowboarding trip. This person may be responsible for driving a student to the hospital if needed and can expect to stay in or around the lodge for most of the snowboarding day.

Snowboarding days are Saturdays from 7AM-5PM (this includes travel time). We will provide lunch!

As the on call person you must:

-Have a snow capable car

-Set up a 30 min training session with Jacob before the snowboarding trip (can be over the phone, preferably in person).

Provide a Peer Leader meal
It is very important for us to be able to feed our young leaders so they have the necessary energy and focus. It is a huge help to us since we are a small staff and it is not always the easy to for us to make this meal!

Here are the details you need to know:

-The group is about 15 people

-We will contact you a few days before to coordinate how the food is making it to the meeting.

-Meetings are all on Tuesdays, from 530-7PM

-Meetings are generally held at Youngstown

-The group has no dietary restrictions, but please provide a well balanced and healthy meal

Sponsor a Program Meeting Dinner
We provide food for all our participants for all meetings. This is a huge cost for us! Please sponsor a meal by contributing $200 to cover the cost of food for all 60 program participants and join a family group to prepare a meal!

-Please send us a check to cover the cost of groceries or contribute online ahead of the program night.

-Dinner will be prepared every Wednesday from 4:30PM-6PM at Washington Hall off of 14th and Jackson.
