40 Days for Life prayer hour & pizza gathering for high school teens
For high school students. Parents & siblings are also welcome to join (see below).

For the hour prayer vigil, we will meet at 6:00pm at the 40 Days for Life site, park at the Catholic Cemetery on Lake Ave. The map at this links shows where to park: https://www.ichooselife.org/Data/40DaysMap2019.pdf?Revision=tXV&Timestamp=XYSs5J

We will pray from 6-7pm in rain or shine. Dress weather appropriate in warm clothes.

After our hour of prayer, we will have a pizza gathering in the parking lot, so hopefully the weather is nice!

Information provided in the Annual Emergency Medical Care Form will apply to each Event in which your child is allowed to participate during the Youth Ministry Program year. I allow my child(ren) to participate in the parish event  at the 40 Days for Life Prayer site on the corner of Maycrest and Lake Ave (park at Catholic Cemetery) from 6-7:30pm on Wednesday, October 23rd. In consideration of the aforementioned participant(s), my child(ren), being allowed to participate in this event, I, on behalf of myself, my child(ren) and my child(ren)’s other parent/guardian, hereby acknowledge recognition that such an activity may expose my child(ren) to risks and hazard not ordinarily encountered in the parish youth ministry program. Further, on behalf of myself, my child(ren), and my child(ren)’s other parent/guardian, I hereby release and agree to hold harmless the above named parish and the Diocese of Fort Wayne-South Bend, Inc. to the fullest extent permitted by law from any and all claims, judgments and liability of every kind for any injury and damage of any kind, whether personal or property, that we or any one of us may suffer or incur due to my child’s participation in the event, regardless of whether the injury or damage is attributable to the fault of parties other than the Parish or Diocese or attributable to the fault, including negligence, of the Parish or Diocese. I have instructed my child(ren) to follow the rules of conduct as directed by the parish youth ministry program and Diocese. *
