Submission Time Sheet Guidelines
*Time sheets are due on SUNDAY at MIDNIGHT for the one week prior. For example, June 13 - 19 (Sun - Sat) is the work week and that week’s time sheet is due Monday June 21.
*Late Time Sheets do not automatically process. Contact Barb if you're submitting your timesheet late to be sure the hours are manually moved forward to the next time period.
*Carrying forward late time from a previous week is not permissible. Be sure to report hours for the week they were worked.
*Please use your Colorado.edu email address (FirstName.LastName) or IdentiKeyUserName email address.
*This tool does not support incremental recording of hours. Keep a note of time worked during the week and submit your time report at the end of your work week.
*You will receive a confirmation email after submission of your time sheet.
*If you need to summit an updated time sheet, i.e. to include unanticipated additional hours, you can submit another time sheet, but you will need to complete a new time sheet form with the old hours and the additional new hours. The second time sheet received will be the one we will use for payroll. You can use your email time sheet confirmation to ease the reentry.
*If you have two positions, you must fill this form out once for each position.
