This is the waitlist signup for NYC Action Medical's street medic training which will take place August 9, 10, and 11. The tentative schedule is:
6:00 PM–10:00 PM on Friday 8/9
9:00 AM–6:00 PM on Saturday 8/10 (with lunch provided and plenty of breaks)
9:00 AM–6:00 PM on Sunday 8/11 (with lunch provided and plenty of breaks)

We ask that you only fill out the form if you can commit to the entire training. If you are interested in being trained but can't attend all three days, please email us at nycactionmedical@riseup.net and we can add you to our list to receive notifications about future trainings.

We will also be offering an optional 4-hour followup session on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon a few weeks after the training so that attendees can review skills. The details of the session will be emailed out along with the details of the training in late July or early August.

ACCESSIBILITY: The space is wheelchair accessible and ASL interpreters will be present for the entire training. Below you'll be able to specify any additional accessibility needs.

LOCATION: The training will be in midtown Manhattan. We'll email you the exact address and other training info if and when a spot opens for you.
