I understand that female runners juggling a career, children, aging parents, while aging themselves, have different priorities, scheduling concerns & lifestyles, but I do NOT believe that these women cannot continue to improve & find fulfillment in challenging themselves, no matter their age!
My coaching philosophy includes nutrition (both every day fueling & performance fueling), periodization (your training should not look the same year round!) & community at the foundation. I love to give athletes a good challenging workout that they complete and think "wow I can't believe I did that", also provide the guidance on how to eat well so their body can recover & get stronger from it, and my Run Fueled & Faster community (included in 1:1 coaching) connects you with other women to share the journey with.
