2026 HPG Winter Track Registration
(15-20 minutes) You will need: athlete's information including his/her AAU# and/or USATF#, apparel sizes, parent/emergency contact info, and any medical information. There is an acknowledgement and medical release. A payment link is provided after submitting this form. Alternatively, $400 payment via check at the parent meeting / before 1st practice is also acceptable.

Go to usatf.org and click Join/Renew Now. Update your Membership (click the three dots under Actions and start a Transfer. Submit a transfer to HPG Track Club TX -26-0368). Enter your USATF # Below when this has been completed.
