The objective of the AWIS Baltimore Programs Committee is to oversee AWIS Baltimore events from start to finish, including but not limited to logistics, volunteer coordination, as well as generating and executing current and future event ideas. The aim of these events is to provide career growth, networking opportunities and a support system for the Baltimore women in the STEM community.

Responsibilities:
- Assist Program Chairs in planning and executing 4 (four) AWIS Baltimore meetings (Fall, Spring, Winter, Summer)
- Plans other small events throughout the year as the Program Chairs and Executive Board see fit
- Activities include generating ideas, coordination of speakers/panels, securing venues, management of registration for the event and interaction with the Public Relations Committee to market the event
