When a megagame is announced, we will ask members of the Facilitator Pool if they are free to help run the event, and make things as smooth as they can be! We then consider personal availability, preferences and areas of interest when assembling a team to Moderate future events to ensure we have the perfect team for the game at hand.

Moderators are the backbone of our events, supporting players and developing the unfolding story of each game. They are great ambassadors for the community and are role models for newer players.

Moderator roles are accepted on a volunteer basis. Mods won't pay to attend the event they run, but may be asked to attend some meetings on discord/in person, or turn up to the event early to help set up.

The call for new Facilitators is a live EOI. You can apply to join any time.

It is highly recommended that Pool members join our discord.
