Share Your Feedback on the Corporate Standards for Racial Equity
PolicyLink, JUST Capital, and FSG launched the Corporate Racial Equity Alliance [
] to support the evolution of antiracist, equitable corporations that can effectively contribute to building an equitable and healthy nation for all.
We are creating an accountability framework to establish consistent expectations for how businesses should approach, disclose, measure, and share their equity journeys. This includes developing rigorous corporate performance standards for racial equity encompassing the three domains of corporate influence outlined in our 2021 CEO Blueprint for Racial Equity [
]: within the company, within communities, and at the societal level.
Please fill out this brief survey to share what’s important to you as we embark on this work. This survey is just a first step in our broad stakeholder engagement efforts over the next year as we develop the standards. We look forward to hearing your thoughts along the way and value your feedback and partnership. Note: while our initial standards will be US-focused, we welcome feedback from stakeholders across the globe.
This public survey will be open from July 1, 2021 to August 31, 2021. After the comment period closes, we will share the anonymized results of the survey and much more about our standards development process, including our guiding principles, governance process, standards methodology, and ongoing stakeholder engagement opportunities.
