Fangaea 2026 Featured Artist Interest Form
Fangaea interest form application deadline for Featured Artists is February 6, 2026. The SEVENTH annual Fangaea Fandom Convention will be taking place on Saturday, March 21, 2026, in San Diego. Event time is 10:00am to 6:00pm on Saturday.

Filling this form out does NOT guarantee acceptance into Fangaea. The form will close and become a waitlist after February 6, 2026. On February 13, 2026, selected Featured Artists will be alerted that they have been chosen and be given one week to complete the registration form and make payment. (We do not have an "Artist Alley" at this or any of our events.)

FEATURED ARTISTS get one table (6 feet x 2.5 feet) and two chairs and must make use of table top space only. All FEATURED ARTISTS will be placed indoor. There is very limited space, so we will be limiting the number of total  FEATURED ARTISTS. You may NOT register for a FEATURED ARTIST table if more than 50% of your items are not 2D or small items that show your art. 

You may not display, sell, or present AI artwork.

If accepted and you wish to withdraw, full refunds only given within one week of registering. Refunds requested before March 1, 2026, will be at 50%. There are no refunds after March 1, 2026.

You are filling out this form only if you have artwork or other items directly related to your work for sale at your table. Items for sale MUST BE PRIMARILY 2-DIMENSIONAL (otherwise you are a VENDOR and not a FEATURED ARTIST).

Featured Artist tables cannot be used primarily for the sale of merchandise such at t-shirts, pins, CDs/DVDs, etc. Featured Artist tables cannot be shared. The sale of unlicensed material or stolen artwork is strictly prohibited. If you are selling or displaying merchandise other than artwork, you must register as a EXHIBITOR/VENDOR on the Exhibitor/Vendor page.

Also, AI "artwork" will not be permitted at this or any of our events.

STANDARD FEATURED ARTIST TABLE - $125

DELUXE FEATURED ARTIST - $175 
  • Three Badges/Passes
  • 6 feet table and 2 chairs
  • You get to choose your space from on a diagram (depending on what is available, on a first-come, first-serve basis - e.g. the best spaces will be available to those who choose the DELUXE spaces first)
  • Mentioned website, program book, and social media as Deluxe Booth 

You will only get to choose your space if you choose the DELUXE option. You can make requests for corners or  electricity below, but that will ONLY be guaranteed to people who choose the DELUXE option. 

If you need electricity and do not choose the DELUXE option, electricity will only be provided based on remaining spaces with electrical access that were not chosen by DELUXE spaces. Likewise, if you request a corner space but do not choose the DELUXE option, you will not be guaranteed a corner space, unless there are any available after all the DELUXE options have been assigned.
