Bullseye Basketball Club Registration
Provided by the Mountain View Basketball coaches and the Bullseye Basketball Club.  All coaches are certified Mountain View coaches.

GIRLS 7TH & 8TH CLUB SEASON (October-December)
Practices may take place at Mountain View or surrounding schools based on availability.  Game locations will be different depending on the team.  All plans are subject to change.  If you have any questions, reach out at mvbullseyebasketball@gmail.com.

Cost: Fall season cost is $200.  
$50 jersey, if you don't have one.  
(After tryouts, some teams may offer practice-only positions to kids who aren't the most prepared to compete but show future potential.)


BASKETBALL SKILLS ACADEMY
Practices may take place at Mountain View or surrounding schools based on availability.  Register here, then join the Skills Academy TeamReach (Install TeamReach on iPhone or Android.  Enter code: 2025as12) to see the schedule and communicate with coaches.  You only need to register once this fall.  Each week expect to have 4 hours of early morning academy times and 2 hours on Saturdays..  If you have questions you can ask the coaches or email us at mvbullseyebasketball@gmail.com.
Cost: $70 per week. ($70 if you attend any single gym time that week.) Times and location subject to change.

Bullseye Jersey
Each player will need a Bullseye jersey.  Jerseys cost $50.  Select a size or choose "No, I already have one."  Jerseys take 3+ weeks to arrive once they've been paid for and ordered. *
OPTIONAL Shooting Shirt
Shooting shirts are not required but are available to order and include your name on the back.  They cost $50 each.  You may buy additional shooting shirts for family members.  If interested, please provide the sizes and names that you want on each shirt.

Permission to Participate
I give permission for my child to participate in Mountain View High School's basketball program and the Bullseye Basketball Club. 

I/we understand all risks and hazards incidental to such participation and do hereby waive, release, absolve, indemnify, and hold harmless Mountain View High School and Bullseye Basketball Club LLC, their coaches, and Mesa Public Schools from any claim arising out of any injury to my child. I understand that all registration and uniform fees (where applicable) will be due prior to the first practice of the season.  (See coaches for details.) 

I understand that determining which players are on the team is at the sole discretion of the coaches of the Bullseye Basketball Club. Determining factors may include skill level as well as if the athlete is coachable, respectful, a great teammate, mentally tough, resilient, and if they always try their best. Though we don't anticipate changes to the team roster during the season, changes to the roster may be made at any time and no refunds of fees need be extended. I understand that being on the team does not guarantee playing time--it must be earned and is at the sole discretion of the coaching staff. 

I hereby grant permission to Bullseye Basketball Club LLC and Mountain View High School to use photographs and/or video of my child taken during practices and games in publications, news releases, online, and in other communications related to the mission of Bullseye Basketball Club LLC and Mountain View High School.
