Invisible Market Vendor Registration Fall/Winter 2023
The Invisible Market showcases the many small businesses in and around the Vancouver metal, punk, goth, industrial, and otherwise dark/alt music scenes. Markets take place at Lanalou's at 362 Powell st, on Sundays from 1-6:30, with vendor load in at Noon.

Step One: Fill out this form! 
Step Two: You will be contacted and told if we can offer you a spot, or if you have been placed on the waitlist. 
Step Three: Once you have been offered a spot, please e-transfer your fee to themarket@theinvisibleorange.com to finalize and confirm your spot. It's also appreciated if you can email some images of your wares to use in promotional posting.
If you have been placed on the waitlist, keep an eye on your inbox! There is still a decent chance a spot will come free.  *

Specific promotional images you would like to use can be e-mailed to  themarket@theinvisibleorange.com with the subject line "Promo Images", but otherwise we will just choose from website/social media.

Placements are assigned with first-come preference, but based on the size of tables needed and adjusted to maintain a good variety of vendors.
Please select all sizes and price points of table you would like to be considered for. 
As a point of reference, the medium tables are varied but average around 2x5 feet.  *

Market agreement: 
Vendors are responsible for the following: 
- Punctual arrival and set up (arrival at noon, set up by 1pm)
- Running your booth for the entire duration of the event
- Prompt teardown and load out (6:30-7pm with some wiggle room)
- Notifying organizers as soon as possible if you are no longer available to attend
- Making at least one post promoting the event and encouraging people to attend

The Invisible Market is responsible for the following: 
- Assigning tables and communicating with vendors
- Promoting the event
- Notifying vendors promptly of any changes 

The Invisible Market and LanaLou's are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to vendor's items and displays. It is a public market so please be vigilant accordingly.
