4 - IMPORTANT DECLARATION BY CANDIDATE: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SENDING THE FORM
1. I understand that the fee is non refundable and cannot be transferred to a future examination session.
2. I confirm that the candidate’s name and details are exact and correctly spelt, as they appear on the candidate’s passport.
3. I agree to collect and sign for any “attestation de réussite” (results certificate) and diploma awarded to the candidate at the examination centre and within two weeks of notification. No certificate / diploma will be sent directly to candidates by post. I will bring the candidate’s passport and my own passport/driving licence/national ID card when collecting his/her certificate.
4. I agree to inform the Alliance Française in writing should the candidate’s details change during the examination period (from enrolment to the arrival of diplomas up to 6 months later).
5. I understand that the candidate must be accompanied by an adult (parent / guardian / teacher) at all times when at the examination centre in between examinations. The responsibility of the candidate remains with the accompanying adult.
6. I understand that that there may be a long gap between oral and the written examinations. I understand that oral examinations may be recorded.
7. I understand that exam dates may be subject to alterations or cancellation in cases of force majeure.
8. I understand that all requests for diploma re-prints after the session will incur a cost of £10.
