Get Strong Doing! - Goals for 2019
At Get Strong Performance I am committed to ensuring individuals feel motivated to challenge themselves to become stronger and more resilient.

In order to help me set my goals for 2019 at Get Strong Performance I am interested to find out peoples current frustrations, desires and level of motivation in relation to their bodies and lifestyles.

I am inviting participants to complete a short online questionnaire, that should take no more than 10 minutes to complete.

In return I will be offering the first 24 responses 2 weeks of free training in January 2019 on my ‘Get strong Doing it’ semi-personal training program. The training includes expert guidance, in groups of no more than 6. That’s 4 hours of time dedicated to building your strength and resilience.

2 weeks of training is offered to new clients only.
