Baby Mama Hustle Christmas Market November 24th, 2019 Vendor Application Form
I am extremely excited to be hosting the first ever Baby Mama Hustle Christmas Market at the Lansdowne Horticulture Building on Sunday, November 24th 2019.

Unfortunately, I will not be able to accept all vendors as I'd like to have a good variety of goods at the market. I will be reviewing all vendor applications after the application process has been closed and will get back to you once I've decided on the chosen vendors.

I will be selling 35 early access tickets for this event. Early access tickets get to come in at 10:00AM and start shopping. The market will open to the public with free admission from 10:30AM - 3PM.

1 6ft table and 2 chairs are included in the vendor application fee. You have a 6x4ft space. Each vendor is responsible for bringing their own table cloth. *

The vendor fee is $135. This is non- refundable. *

We will be having 35 swag bags for the market. The people that buy the early access tickets will get these swag bags. Would you like to donate? This is a great way to advertise your business as we will also do various social media posts on your company. *

Once we reach out to you, your spot is only reserved once payment has been received. Please submit payment within 48 hours of your application acceptance. Please include your company name in the notes section and make the password 'babymama' *

I acknowledge that refunds are not permitted but are transferable up until 2 weeks before the market to a later event hosted by Baby Mama Hustle. *

I acknowledge being informed and hereby agree to the following: SET UP TIME - 8:00AM must be completed by 9:50am. Failure to display set-up prior to 9:50am will result in forfeiture of your participation. There is no guarantee as to how many patrons will attend the event. Organizers are not responsible for any lost or stolen property of the vendors. Payment is non-refundable. The organizers reserve the rights to cancel or reschedule the event. TAKE DOWN TIME - Vendors can only start packing up at 3:00pm. The organizers have permission to, and will use the logo and agreed upon pictures of the vendor to promote the event. *The vendor agrees not to make any defamatory statements on social media to harm the reputation of 'Baby Mama Hustle'.* *
