All food vendor applications will be reviewed and a fair selection process will make the final
determination of food vendors that will participate in 2021.
*Food handlers are required to obtain a Florida Department of Health or Florida Department of Agriculture
*Your area must look presentable and tents staked/weighed down.
*A professional sign/banner must be displayed with your business name.
*No illegal drugs, or weapons are permitted in the festival grounds.
*The State of Florida requires all vendors to have a sales tax certificate issued by the Florida Department of
Revenue. All vendors are required to collect and remit sales tax.
*Florida Cannabis Festival is not responsible for any loss, theft or damages that may occur.
*All food stands that cook and prepare food must possess required liability insurance.
*Never leave children unattended.
*Vendors are fully responsible for the cleanliness of your area before leaving.
*NO REFUNDS. This event is rain or shine. If cannot attend payments will be considered a donation to ending
*As a vendor you agree to be photographed or videotaped for personal or commercial use.
*The Florida Cannabis Festival logo and/or artwork, may not be used for resale without signed licensing
agreement or authorization from Florida Cannabis Festival and Zick Productions.
*Any vendor(s) who do not comply with this festival operational guidelines, violating terms in this contract will be
denied selling privileges and be required to leave.
*Florida Cannabis Festival/Zick Productions reserves the right to evict or refuse service if deemed necessary.
*There will be a security guard on-site overnight 11/5 & 11/6 plus the duration of the festival.
