Also, once your wish list is created, please make sure your list is set up with a shipping address so people can ship gifts to you. To accomplish this follow these steps:1) go to your wish list in your Amazon account, 2) click on the ***More menu to the right of the "send list to others" link. 3) From that dropdown, click "Manage List" and then choose your shipping address (can be your home address or your school address with ATTN: Your Name). You can also optionally check the box for "Third Party Shipping Agreement" which will allow gifting of purchases from other sellers on Amazon marketplace.4) Click the "Save Changes" button and you should be all set up to receive gifts.

Then, fill out this form and we will share it with our school and parish community. You can continually update and add items to your list throughout the school year.
If you prefer not to create an Amazon wish list, you could also use this form to just list a few general items that you could use.
