Hope House Detroit Ministries is within an urban neighborhood on the southeast side of Detroit. We are in this location to love and serve our neighbors. When visiting Hope House Detroit Ministries, groups should be prepared to respect and appreciate the culture and people while being alert to issues of safety. Hope Ministries are smoke-free and alcohol-free zones.

Hope House Detroit Urban Group Experiences:

Option 1
  • Housing provided.
  • Group leader/outside organization plans and leads schedule.
  • Suggested donation: $15 per person/per night
Option 2
  • Housing provided.
  • Schedule created by Hope House staff.
  • Service projects led by Hope House staff.
  • Group sessions planned and led by Hope House staff (team building, group bonding, teaching, speaking, worship, etc).
  • Suggested donation: $25 per person/per night
Add-On Meal Option
  • By selecting this option, you are requesting for Hope House to plan, purchase, and prepare meals for an additional suggested donation of $15 per person/per night.

Hospitality House Reservation and Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable deposit of $50 (for totals under $500) or 10% (after totals of $500) of the total will be due in order to reserve your spot. 

There is a minimum cancellation fee of $50 and a maximum cancellation fee of $1,000. The fee is based on the reservation amount and when the reservation is canceled:

  • If the reservation is canceled more than 30 days before check-in, the fee is 10% of the reservation amount (the nonrefundable deposit)
  • If the reservation is canceled more than 48 hours, and 30 days or less, before check-in, the fee is 25% of the reservation amount

  • If the reservation is canceled 48 hours or less before check-in, or after check-in, the fee is 50% of the reservation amount for the nights not stayed
