Application to receive funding from the Passim Emergency Artist Relief Fund

Mission: To assist musicians in our community who are in dire need of financial aid due to the COVID-19 pandemic, where a huge amount of musicians are losing income due to relying on a gig economy.

Grants will be distributed on a first come, first served basis and additional funds will be released as they are available. Artists can submit 1 request per individual. Grants will be given up to $500 per individual. Grants will be distributed through a check mailed to the artist.
