Attached please find the supply order form for the 2025 ~ 2026 school year. You can save it to your desktop for easy access.

 

When placing an order please DO NOT order for the entire year, you can reorder whenever you are in need of something, remember to be considerate of the rest of the staff that will also be placing an order. Large amounts of any item must be ordered through your supervisor.

 

**Tissues will be placed in your mailbox the first week of every month, please keep them in your desk so that they are not wasted.  You can always see me if you need more during allergy & cold season.
