Cancellation Policy: Requests for team cancellations must be submitted at least 14 days prior to the start of the tournament to qualify for a full refund. Cancellations made within two weeks of the event will only be refunded if the vacated team spot can be filled. Exceptions may be made for extenuating circumstances, subject to review.
