Spirit teams (cheer, dance, etc.) of all ages are invited to perform at the event. The geographic focus for 2026 will be teams located in Williamson, Franklin, Jackson, and Johnson counties. However, teams from other counties are welcome to participate.
The type of performance by each team is their choice (cheer, homecoming routine, dance, tumbling or stunting skills, etc.). There is no specific time limit or requirement for the performance. Teams will be given warm-up time on the mats or stage before performing.
Teams may choose to utilize seven panels of cheer mats that will be located on the ground in front of the stage, or perform on an elevated stage. Performance dimensions of the cheer mats are the same as a competition mat, but using seven panels instead of nine panels.
Teams may utilize a robust sound system provided by the event. Music must be digital and must provide an adaptor.
Each team will receive one entry in a random drawing for a team dinner (for athletes and coaches) at one of the sponsored sites. The date and menu for a team dinner will be arranged between the establishment and team. The number of team awards is pending confirmation from sponsors.
Teams will be entered as one entry, even if they have more than one performance. If there is a JV team, Varsity team, cheer team, dance team, etc. from the same school, they should be entered separately.

A team spirit award will be presented to one team. This award will be in the form of a plaque and can be earned by generating donations using an online QR code or cash donated to the team’s designated donation box at the event. Each dollar donated in the name of each team will be counted as one vote. The team with the most votes will receive the award at the end of the jamboree.
There are no registration fees for teams to participate in the jamboree.
This is not a performance competition, but does provide participation prizes.
Every participating athlete and coach will receive an arm band for free admission to both days of the event.

In case of inclement weather, the Cheer, Dance, and Spirit Team Jamboree will be held inside the gymansium on the grounds.
