Transportation Permission Form for 2020 Graduation Ceremony--Druid Hills High
Due Date, March 27th!
DeKalb County School District (DCSD) will host twenty-three high school graduation ceremonies at the Georgia World Congress Center (GWCC) during the week of May 18 through May 23, 2020. DCSD will conduct three to four ceremonies per day! Transportation via coach buses will be provided free of charge to and from the GWCC for all students participating in the graduation ceremony. Coach buses are being utilized to ensure students and staff arrive at the venue 2 hours prior to the graduation ceremony.
The Date and Time of our ceremony is Friday May 22, at 1 pm.
Upon arrival to the GWCC, each school will have a one-time opportunity to practice at the facility. To assist with planning, please complete the information below. Select each option that applies to your student’s transportation needs for graduation day. The DeKalb County School District would like to thank you for supporting our graduation efforts and congratulate you and your child for this momentous occasion.
Physical copies will be offered for parent signatures when we return to school.

My graduate will ride the coach bus from school to the GWCC. (Also choose a return option below)
My graduate will ride home with me after the graduation ceremony. (One-way on bus; parent/student responsible for travel home from the ceremony)
My graduate will need transportation from the GWCC back to the school after the ceremony. (Round-trip on bus and back to school after ceremony)
My graduate will not ride the coach line. I understand that the ceremony will start at the time indicated and late arrival to the GWCC may impact participation. (Parent and/or student is responsible for transportation to/from ceremony)
