Here are a few of the benefits of signing up for CG and Yoga with me:
1. I will be there for you as your instructor and accountability coach--to answer questions and to provide support and information throughout your yoga (and general fitness and wellness) journey.
2. You will get access to every single CG online live Zoom workout (all yoga classes, all cardio/strength-based fitness workouts, cycling and pilates), as well as our vast On Demand Library--classes you can do on your schedule. We have 30, 45 and 60-min offerings of all of the classes listed above.
3. You will be provided a plethora of recordings of my yoga sessions (sent via email once/week) for times when just "pushing play" is more convenient than a live Zoom session. I am here to ensure you have access to classes when/how you need them. All of these options mean you can even take me along if you are away from home!
5. You will have access to me via text/email/phone/messenger anytime for goal setting, motivation, questions, feedback and accountability.
