WALK IN THE PRIDE PARADE WITH COLUMBUS CITY SCHOOLS
On behalf of Columbus City Schools, thank you for joining us in the 2017 Columbus Pride Parade and Festival is this Saturday, June 17th. Hundreds of us will be marching together, representing the CEA, OAPSE/AFSME, CSCSA, CAA, and the Kaleidoscope Youth Center, promoting equality and our “Spirit of Success.”

You can now pick up your t-shirt at the main Columbus Education Center at 270 East State Street (downtown). We encourage you to get your t-shirt ahead of time. Our Office of Customer Relations will have the t-shirts until 3:30pm on Friday.

The Line-Up for this year’s parade is along High Street in the Short North. On Saturday, our group will be lined up in a spot along High Street between Buttles Avenue and 1st Avenue. You should arrive by 9:30am so we can get everyone organized and set. The parade officially steps off at 10:30am and will end at the Scioto Mile park downtown near the Broad Street Bridge.

Make sure to check the District’s Facebook and Twitter (@ColsCitySchools) for updates on Saturday morning. We will post our exact line up location and pictures of the CCS Pride Float. And if you share updates, make sure to add the #SpiritofCCS hashtag.

If you have any questions before Saturday, please call 614-365-8888.

Thank you!
