PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

To process your refund request, please complete and submit this form. For refunds due to valid returns or cancellations, processing lead time is 1-5 business days. Due to Typhoon Odette, we ask for your understanding if there will be unforeseen changes to the processing lead time depending on conditions that could directly affect our Finance Team's operations (i.e. loss of access to electricity and internet).

The following refunds fees shall apply based on the respective payment providers’ transaction fees*:

o For payments made through GCash Scan-to-Pay QR, a fee equivalent to 1% of the total payment made shall apply

o For payments made through Online Banking:
A fee of ₱15 shall apply for refunds coursed through customer’s nominated bank account
Fees will be waived for refunds coursed through customer’s nominated GCash account

o For payments made through PayMaya and PayMongo, no fees shall apply but the processing lead time will depend on the two payment gateway providers
