Thank you for your interest in volunteering for Boo Fest on Friday, Oct. 24! We will send an email closer to the event date with specific setup instructions. Please email president@ahespta.org with any questions.

Volunteers will be asked to set up their cars on the AHES blacktop starting at 4pm and remain until the end of the event at 8pm. The decorations can be as simple or as elaborate as you like! Candy will be provided for you to hand out. 

We would like to use yard inflatables to decorate the campus for the event. If you have one (or two or ten!) that we could borrow for the evening, we just ask that you drop it off at the school at 4pm and pick it up after the event ends.
