While we cannot join together in the physical space of the JFK Jr Forum, technology allows us the opportunity to convene virtually and continue Harvard’s premier arena for political speech, discussions and debate.  

On Tuesday, September 8th at 6pm ET, 2020 Democratic presidential candidate and entrepreneur Andrew Yang joins the Institute of Politics. Yang was named a “Champion of Change” in 2011 and a “Presidential Ambassador for Global Entrepreneurship” in 2015 by the Obama administration. Since ending his presidential campaign, Yang founded the nonprofit organization Humanity Forward, which is working during the COVID-19 pandemic to help communities affected by racism related to the pandemic. He joins us in the Forum to reflect on his experiences in the presidential primary, vision for the economy, and universal basic income.
