For more information on this event and what we're looking for in presentations, visit
Multiple submissions are allowed, but we will only pick one presentation per person. You are welcome to resubmit presentations that were not selected for our next event!
Please make sure to provide us with a current and correct email address. We will use this to contact you if we have any follow up questions about your presentation.
This proposal form will close on June 23rd at 11:59 CST. Please submit your responses before then. We will notify applicants on the disposition of their proposals on July 1st.
All attendees and speakers are required to agree to our code of conduct. Please read through this before submitting your proposal:
What is the title of your talk?
Please provide a 3-5 sentence description of your talk. This should include the audience's assumed level of familiarity with your topic and what their main takeaway should be. This is the blurb we will share with attendees prior to the event if your talk is selected.
How long do you anticipate your talk lasting?
longer than 15 minutes
Which of these categories best describes your talk?
Personal Passions (something you know a bunch about and are excited to speak on)
Today I Learned (Something you don't know a ton about but learned to give this talk)
Your weird/unpopular/unique opinion (think funny, not inflamatory - these shouldn't be harmfully controversial)
I've Got a Theory (head canons and unique lenses for viewing the world)
Do you agree to abide by SFFZ's Code of Conduct? We are happy to provide more information, but all speakers and attendees must agree to adhere to the Code of Conduct.
