We are excited to bring together stakeholders to focus on supporting transition-age youth as they move from state care to independent living. These young people (ages 16–24) often face instability, trauma, and limited resources, putting them at greater risk of adverse outcomes in adulthood.
Join us to learn about the challenges and opportunities in helping transition-age youth achieve stability and independence. Hear directly from youth, providers, and policymakers about how we can strengthen supports and systems to ensure every young person has the opportunity to thrive.
Date: Thursday, March 19, 2026
Time: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Location: Nurses Hall
