Be prepared for the virtual orientation to take approximately 30-40 minutes. IT IS RECOMMENDED TO USE THE CHROME BROWSER. This Form does not save your answers, so if you experience a power or internet outage or computer issues while participating, all prior work may be lost. If this happens, you will need to start the virtual orientation process from the beginning. *Virtual Orientation must be completed digitally, no printed copies will be accepted. *Virtual Orientation is only for 9th grade and/or New to MHS students and parents/guardians.

Pickup of Chromebook: When you pickup your Chromebook after completing the virtual orientation, be prepared to pay the one-time digital user fee: 9th Grade: $55, New to MCS 10th Grade: $41, New to MCS 11th Grade: $28, or New to MCS 12th Grade: $14
