Spring 2021 School Bus Transportation
This form is for students returning to school from Tallmadge Online for Spring 2021. Any other questions or transportation changes should be directed to the bus garage at 330.633.2215.
Due to COVID-19, Tallmadge City Schools is working to create safe transportation to school for families who need transportation. Please help us plan routes and create a safe bus environment for our students and drivers by completing this form if you want transportation.
Summit County Health Department guidelines would allow students to sit 2 per seat with stringent operating guidelines including masks, open vents/windows, assigned seats, etc. We are hoping to reduce the number of riders per bus by securing an accurate count of riders who will actually need transportation. Please complete the form for each one of your students.
Please know that we recognize plans change. If you decide NOT to register for busing to start the year and change your mind, the district will accommodate your request. Thank you.
