We would like ALL BISD high school students to be able to access the many activities and academic opportunities that we offer at BHS that help to enrich the high school experience. Thanks to funding and partnership with Bainbridge Community Foundation, Bainbridge Schools Foundation, our generous booster groups and student club fundraising, we are able to provide financial support to students who may otherwise find access to these opportunities challenging. Please fill out this form if you are a student or guardian of a student who could benefit from financial support.

**PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING**
1.We cannot provide scholarship assistance to cover fines for missing items, parking tickets or fines related to damaged items.

2.Scholarships will not be given for non-refundable field trip costs.
3.You may fill out this form as often as needed.
4.This information is confidential and fee administrators are limited to the BHS principal, BHS accounting administrator and BHS counselor in charge of scholarships.
