Sardis Youth Ministry Scholarship Application Form
The Del Barnhill Memorial Scholarship Fund and Sardis Gift Trust Scholarship Fund were established to enable any person active in the Youth Ministry program of Sardis Presbyterian Church to attend Montreat Youth Conference or other Youth Ministry-sponsored retreats, trips, or conferences. 

All applications will be submitted to the Director of Youth Ministry for consideration. The listed parent will be contacted of approval and amount.
