By signing up for Alter Egos, you expressly agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
General Terms and Conditions
Alter Egos is an Event Brand owned by Interrobang Compass. Interrobang Compass, LLC (IBC) is an independent business apart from any
cruise lines and only represents the cruise line brands as an authorized
agent. All celebrities, performers, entertainers and volunteer staff
are independent contractors.
In order to participate in Alter Ego convention events, you must buy your tickets and fares through Interrobang Compass or its authorized subsidiaries and agents.
All
standard convention events are included with the price of your ticket
unless otherwise stated as VIP and are subject to change at any time.
All convention seminars, activities and events are subject to change at the discretion of the event organizers.
Tickets
are nonrefundable after 30 days of making deposit. Travel Insurance is
offered as an optional add on to protect you from unforeseen incidences
which may cause you to cancel. Details of our Travel Insurance Program
will be sent to you via email after reservation is completed. You may
opt to use your own travel insurance provider.
By purchasing
tickets, you agree to accept the terms and conditions of the applicable
cruise line. In the event any term herein conflicts with any term with
the applicable cruise line, the terms with the more restrictive measure
will prevail.
Charges on your credit card statement will be from IBC or
applicable cruise line.
By purchasing a ticket, you agree not to
hold IBC, or any of its owners, subsidiaries, employees,
contractors, affiliates or sponsors liable for any action that may
arise from the purchase or usage of your tickets, including but not
limited to travel arrangements before, after or during the cruise,
medical emergency, pandemic, war, mechanical failure, death or act of
God.
Once your reservation order has been received and processed, you will receive an e-mail confirmation and/or invoice within 72 hours.
IBC reserves the right to institute a change fee for any changes
made to your reservation after your cabin has been finalized, up to
$100.00.
Minimum room occupancy is two people. If you are
traveling alone, IBC will reserve under a solo passenger rate
which will be higher than the published double occupancy rate.
Tickets
do not include transportation to and from the cruise terminal or hotel
arrangements before or after the cruise except as stated.
Taxes and Port Charges are subject to change. This is determined by the cruise line and foreign governments.
You
are responsible to make sure you have the proper documentation for
cruise travel. As of February 2018, you will need at least an original
or certified birth certificate and a state issued identification.
However, we recommend the use of a passport. For up to date information
on the travel documents you will need, please visit

FINANCING YOUR CRUISE
Financing of your cruise is a wonderful thing! We make it convenient for you with payments, so it is all paid for prior to getting on board. If the payments are just to high of a payment, we also offer financing through a 3rd party, Uplift Finance, to stretch out your payments for 6-18 months.
IBC Easy Pay
Easy Pay is our in house payment scheduling.
Easy Pay offers a multiple payments to facilitate payment of your cruise in full prior to full payment deadline.
Easy Pay plans are automatic payment invoices billed through our Credit Card Processor.
Invoices are automatically sent on the following payment schedule:
Payment 1 on reservation processing
Payment 2 7/15/24
Payment 3 8/1/24
Final Payment 8/25/24
Easy Pay has a $50 convenience fee added to the total amount due.
Should a payment not clear there is a 7-day grace period before a $35 late fee is accessed.
**Any Cabin not paid in full by 8/25/24, is subject to cancellation by the cruise line and is 100% nonrefundable.
Late fees are added to your final payment. Late fees are non-refundable if cancelled and will be withheld from the refunded amount.
Any and all refunds are subject to withholding Credit Card Processing fees.
Deposits are variable to current promotion.
