Expectations of a RAM board member:
Attendance: Members serve a two-year term and attend board meetings which are usually scheduled every month, including one meeting in Greater Minnesota each year and the annual meeting held at the end of the year. Meetings usually last two and a half hours. Three unexcused absences during the two-year term are grounds for removal. Board members are also encouraged to attend the annual RAM/SWANA conference.
Membership: To establish credibility with our members and funders, board members must be a member of RAM. (Cost is ranges from $100 to $600 annually depending on your organizational status.)
