Bouncin’ Into Summer (grades 9-12)
Get in shape this summer at AOSE. This five day class will creatively mix the best functional movements, cardio, and weight training to accomplish a deep muscle burn and endorphin high. Each day will be a full body experience that has specific goals and focus points that target overall strength, balance, flexibility and core conditioning. Students have the flexibility to workout with just body weight, 3-5 pound weights, ankle weights, bands, or mini trampolines. Get ready to learn about meal planning, goal setting, and the ability to create a workout routine to use all summer long. This program would also benefit athletes looking to prepare for the upcoming fall season.
