WHO WE ARE:
The Indo-Caribbean Canadian Association ("ICCA") is an organization that is committed to educating and sharing the rich, vibrant and distinct Indo-Caribbean culture while strengthening our footprint in Canada.

WHO YOU ARE:
You are an individual from the Indo-Caribbean community in Canada, who identifies as male, between the ages of 8-18, and is interested in self and professional development, and learning more about the Indo-Caribbean community. You are open to engaging with peers and learning from mentors from Canada's Indo-Caribbean community.

ABOUT THE STAR BHAI FELLOWSHIP:
The Star Bhai Fellowship will offer participants the chance to engage with Indo-Caribbean professionals through a series of interactive, immersive learning workshops (virtual and in-person). Workshops will focus on important life skills such as resumé building, mental health and wellness, career development, and pathways to higher education. Our mission is to provide participants with the tools that they need to recognize and develop their full potential.

SCHEDULING:
This is a drop off/pick up program - *Parents/Guardians are not permitted to stay and watch or participate*. Workshops are 3-4 hours in length and will typically be held on the fourth Sunday of every month (timing may vary).  Each workshop will be led by one or two facilitators that will inspire and motivate attendees through group discussions, brainstorm sessions, breakout groups, and interactive activities.

NOTE: Workshops will be facilitated either virtually or in person. In-person social events will be held in the Greater Toronto Area.  This program is not limited to those in the Greater Toronto Area, but participants must be a resident of Canada.
