If you opted in to electronic voting previously you do NOT need to do so again. If you are making any changes to your previous registration (i.e. who receives your ballot or email address) please add a note in the additional comments section at the end of this form.
Electronic Voting is optional, but strongly encouraged. It provides RRC a significant savings in cost and time. By opting-in you will receive both notice of membership meetings and the ballot to cast your vote via electronic means (email).
One vote per lot. If there are multiple owners please only have one owner register on this form. Those owning more than one lot are only allowed one vote, not multiple votes. We can only send a ballot to a legal owner of the lot.
The form will first collect the email address of who is filling out the information, then ask for an email address to send the ballot. These email addresses can be the same, but they do need to be filled out twice.
