Order of the Star & Crescent Application
The Order of the Star & Crescent recognizes outstanding commitment and loyalty to the Fraternity by an alumnus. The recipient must have demonstrated outstanding service to the Fraternity on any level for an extended period of time (must be at least 10+ years).

Alumni brothers may be nominated by any initiated individual, any governing body or member of the Executive Office staff. The award is approved and presented by the Fraternity at the Annual Convention. Recipients will receive a lapel pin, medallion, and certificate.
