If you are interested in applying to host a 2.5 hour, in-depth, interactive skills-share session during the GGCA Foum at COP22 on November 12th and 13th in Marrakech, Morocco please complete this form. Sessions should focus on practical skills directly applicable to gender-responsive climate policy and advocacy.
Six skills-share sessions will be chosen to run across the two days. Four slots are allocated to GGCA members, two slots for non-members - at least three sessions will run on both days to allow people to attend more than one running concurrently. Collaboration among 2-3 organizations for one skills-share is encouraged.
PROPOSED SKILLS-SHARE SESSIONS MUST:
- Applicable to gender-responsive climate policy and advocacy- Previously been successfully presented / implemented - Experience with dynamic styles of facilitation (participatory learning, group work, etc.)- Include an exchange of valuable skills about practical actions and best practices- Result in meaningful learning and collaboration with specific takeaways
The presenter(s) or individual(s) with experience facilitating the proposed skills-share session must be available to present at the GGCA Forum in Marrakech, Morocco on November 12th and 13th.
Application forms are in English and must be completed and submitted in English. All submissions will be reviewed by the GGCA Forum Planning Committee.
