Swinging Trapeze – Swinging Trapeze combines Static Trapeze with Flying Trapeze into a dynamic and thrilling event that requires grace and strength along with a bit of fearlessness. All levels of student experience are welcome.   Class requires 2 people to run for 1 hour; 3 people to run for 1-1/2 hours.  Maximum 4 people.  Privates and semi-privates are also available.  Classes without sufficient enrollment will be canceled 24 hours prior. Some students prefer wearing leggings, elastic ankle braces, trapeze boots, and/or light-weight shoes to protect their feet and legs during ankle hangs or standing on the bar.
