The purpose of this form is to collect ideas from potential participants about their plans for papers and panels for the upcoming IPSA RC44 2019 conference in Nagasaki (10-11 August 2019). You do not have to submit abstracts now, but if you have them ready, you can do so.

The main conference theme is Global Risk, Security, and Ethnicity. Your presentation does not need to reflect all three topics. It is enough if the presentation relates to either of them.
