If you have any submissions for Visit Broadway SF E-Newsleter/Calendar of Events, please send them in no later than the 28th of each month.

DEADLINES: In the event that you don't submit by the deadline, events may still be posted online and via social media channels.

Please note the following NEW guidelines for E-Promotions.  If your submission does not follow these guidelines, it will NOT be included.

- Submissions must be received by the deadline as indicated above or per campaign guidelines (recurring & monthly events).
- The "description" must be 150 words or less.  
- Submissions can be date-specific or applicable for the entire month; please list a date otherwise, it will be considered ongoing.
- Limit of ONE event listing per member business/merchant.
- Limit of one image (jpeg format) per submission.
Goal is to target potential visitors to the Top of Broadway Community District.
Submissions must be oriented to the general public.
