PARTICIPATION FEE INFORMATION
Our HVCT directors, production staff and numerous volunteers donate endless hours of their time and talents to make this show possible.  On average a show requires about 3000 hours of volunteer time, beginning weeks before the audition, months of rehearsals, the show performances and even post show wrap up tasks.

So although we have volunteers donating time, there are many other costs involved to produce a show.  Thus, there's a participation fee of $150 per cast member and additional cast members from the same family are eligible for a discounted rate of $130 for the second family member and $110 for the third.

If this presents a challenge for your family, please reach out to Deb Biondo or Loraine Foster to discuss options for scholarships, payment plans, etc.  We don't want anyone to miss out on participating just because of money.

Please review and check each item to confirm your understanding of the costs associated with the show and the benefits for your child. *
