The safety of your children is our top priority at St. John Vianney Catholic School. The Safe Arrival Program at our school is to ensure the safety of all students placed within our care. There are now three options of notifying the school of your child's absence: By phone, by note or by completing this electronic form.
Please complete this form if you know your child will be absent from school.
If a student is late for school they must check in at the office where they will be given a late slip for admittance to class.
If you are reporting multiple children absent from school, a separate form must be completed for each child.

By submitting this electronic form you acknowledge that you the custodial parent and/or legal guardian of the child whose name is indicated on this form. You are aware that every person who attains the age of six years shall attend an elementary or secondary school on every school day from the first school day in September in the next succeeding year until the last school day in June in the year in which the person attains the age of 18 years. Attendance to school is only excused when the person is unable to attend school by reason of sickness or other unavoidable cause, pursuant to the Ontario Education Act R.S.O. 1990, c. E.2
