Urban Health Working Group Application Form 2023-2024

The Urban Health Working Group (UHWG) is dedicated to addressing urban health issues that affect youth throughout Toronto. These urban health issues include but are not limited to mental, sexual, BIPOC, and LGBTQIA+ health.

The UHWG is looking for members with the following traits:
Are reliable, dedicated, and organized
•      Can identify and address complex health challenges faced by Youth in Toronto
•      Empower, uplift, and advocate to enhance the overall well-being of Youth in Toronto
•      Partner with organizations across Toronto to work on a variety of special interests affecting Youth

Additionally, joining the UHWG has these benefits:
Experience in advocacy work for Toronto youth and marginalized populations
Connections to the Toronto City Council
Possible reference forms
