20th March 2019 - Let's Organise a Community Event
Aim: To develop your skills and confidence in planning and managing a successful community event.

Objectives: By the end of the workshop, you will be able to:

• Define the purpose(s) of your event planning and choose appropriate components to suit
• Apply your local knowledge to structure and cost your event and promote it to your target audience
• Use a checklist to ensure all key tasks and responsibilities are covered in the planning process
• Describe how you will measure your event’s success

This will be an interactive learning experience, where discussions and exercises will be used to bring good practices to life.
