We are so happy that you have decided to have your child(ren) participate in HOPE Co-op this coming school year! We offer two options: a kids building (ages 0-13) and a teen building (ages 13-18).

Before you fill out the registration form, please review our liability release (for all parents) and involvement agreement (for parents of children at the kids building only) to be sure you agree with the expectations in participating in HOPE Co-op. A parent will need to sign and return both of these forms by the first day of co-op.

The yearly fee for participating in HOPE Co-op is $40 per child that is registered (except for red group, nursery, which is $20 per child) and is due by the first day of co-op. Children participating at the teen building may have an extra cost paid directly to the teacher of the class/classes they choose to participate in.

Once you complete the parent form you will need to fill out the student form for each child you have participating in the program. The link to these forms will be provided to you upon completion of this form. NOTE: if you plan to keep your nursery age child with you during co-op, please do not register them as a student.
