Summer Day Camp
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Please fill out this form completely in order to register your child(ren) for Summer Day Camp at Lakeside Church at Lake Oconee.

*We will not allow partial week registrations this year due to COVID precautions. Your child may only attend for the full week(s) that he/she is registered for.
*After registering, you will receive a separate email with payment instructions, or you may pay when you bring your child(ren) on the first day of camp. Payment should be made to Lakeside Church.

- Each week of camp costs $150 for one child, $125 for each additional child.
- Each camper must bring 2 snacks and 1 lunch each day.
- Camp drop-off is 8am each day. Pick-up is at 5pm each day.
